Been meaning to make it over to the SLS Hotel but the prices scare you? Fear no more, dear Angeleno on a budget. On Tuesday, May 17, the swanky hotel will host its first SLS Tasting by Jose Andres at Tres, the chic dining nook located in the guest lobby.  Open to the public and free of charge, the event will be hosted by Beverage Director Aaron Sherman along with Winemaker Jean-Michel Morel who will guide you through a series of tastings from Slovenia’s Kabaj Winery. The winery is situated at the crossroads of Italy and Slovenia’s white wine district, Collio, and Jean-Michel will offer his in-depth knowledge of this area and a tasting of his favorite vinos from the region.
