We’ve heard of “all you can eat” sushi, but this is one instance where eating all you can really should be encouraged. Takami Sushi & Robata, the Japanese restaurant on the 21st floor of the Wilshire Building overlooking Downtown LA is getting on the ground floor when it comes to helping out those affected by the recent Japanese earthquake and tsunami. The restaurant is donating 100% of all profits (yes, as in one hundred percent of  ALL profits) to the Red Cross Japanese Relief Fund.

With numerous staff members of the restaurant personally affected by the tragedy, the owners have made this unprecedented move for all lunch and dinner service. Nothing is off limits on the menu, so go ahead and eat and drink to your heart’s content. And then eat and drink some more.  Sushi and martinis never tasted so good.

Amazingly, the fundraising currently has no scheduled end date.
