They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it takes a rib village to handle all the pork, beef and poultry at the Orange County BBQ Bonanza this weekend in Fountain Valley.

The Texas-sized barbeque feast is where some of America’s top pit masters will gather to grill juicy pork ribs, pulled pork, tri tip, sausages and chicken alongside live country-western entertainment. In addition to all the ‘cue, folks can expect endless summer sides, beer & wine, vendor booths and a children’s stage. Visitors can vote for the Best BBQ Ribs and BBQ Sauce in Orange County as well as check out the Big 6 Rib Cookers of America, including Aussom Aussie, Porky-N-Beans and Johnson’s Bar-B-Que’s infamous “Thermonuclear Sauce.”

The VIP “All You Can Eat” Rib Village is situated next to the main stage and includes unlimited ribs, sides, drinks and desserts, as well as priority seating.

BONUS: Free admission on Thursday, August 18, 5pm-10pm and Friday, August 19, 11am-4pm with valid business card left at the door.
