Summer might be coming to an end but the fun is just getting started. On Sunday, September 4, Beer Belly is joining forces with The Park’s Finest for a Backyard Boogie that’s putting an Asian twist on two favorite American pastimes: BBQ and beer!

Going on from 3pm to 8pm, The Park’s Finest (a mobile catering company based in Echo Park) will be setting up shop at Beer Belly to cook up some serious BBQ with Filipino flava. Naturally, there’ll be plenty of beer pairings to go along with the $10-per-plate menu of pork ribs, tri-tip, pulled pork, chicken wings and pan de sal. (And while you’re there, might be a good time to throw in an order of Beer Belly’s already-famous Death by Duck fries.)

In the spirit of giving (and receiving), all BBQ proceeds will be going to help The Park’s Finest team get their first brick-and-mortar location. Sounds like a recipe for a good time.
