It’s time to get fried, friends! Starting on Sunday, March 6, Vertical Wine Bistro in Pasadena is launching an All-You-Can-Eat Fried Chicken Sunday Supper.  The $29 three-course meal includes chef Laurent Quenioux’s own Herbs de Provence-scented buttermilk-battered fried chicken (that just sounds good, doesn’t it?) with family-style sides like loaded mashed potatoes, collard greens, and jalapeno corn bread.  And considering that this is all going on at a wine bistro, you can add a wine carafe for $9. The sweet finish? House-made apple pie. Paula Deen would be proud.
