I had the privilege of spending time with 1SG Jeff Shultz, founder of the Long Beach Veterans Day Parade, as well as his fellow soldiers and the 3rd Battalion 1st Brigade of the California State Military Reserve Color Guard. These men (and women) exemplified the qualities that I aspire to have at all times: Humility, Gratitude, Courage.

Listen up, foodies and oenophiles: Get ready for a ridiculous amount of fancy food, fancy drinks and fancy rides during the Beverly Hills Wine Festival going on November 15-17. It's three days of total luxury, so what better way to kick off the festivities than with a ride in a volcano yellow McLaren?! It's the world's fastest car topping at about 206 mph and costs around $300K. Like I said, ridiculous.
