Here are my top 5 favorite moments from the 2013 Oscars that kept me watching.

Hot New Pick: The Corner Door

It's the Corner Door on Washington Boulevard in Culver City, which is really the new Restaurant Row thanks to this place along with Waterloo & City and A-Frame. (Although admittedly W&C is kinda hit and miss.) I wasn't expecting too much when I first decided to check it out because, let's be honest, the Corner Door sounds like just another gastropub. But I have no problem admitting I was wrong. This place rocks!

So what's a gluten-free gourmand to do? Surrender to a life of boring steamed vegetables and a few pieces of fruit? Not even close.
