South LA Peace, Love & Family Bike Ride and Festival
Hey, friends! Join me this Saturday, July 6 at Manchester Square in South LA for the South LA, Peace, Love, and Family Ride & Fair 2013!!! I’ll be hosting the free family-fun event with KJLH radio personality Kevin Nash to promote healthy lifestyle choices and active living. There’s an optional 10-mile morning bike ride followed by a festival with healthy food trucks, free health screenings, Games For All game truck, JDM Sport car show, live music from dozens of performers including the adorable band of brothers (ages 5-13) called The Flipnotes, plus bike and gear giveaways. I’ll be there at noon – see you then!
