In Da Club: Baby Loves Disco
And you thought club kids were just X-hazed dancers in drag! Not anymore. Mommies and daddies in the know are heading out in droves for Baby Loves Disco, an afternoon party where moms, dads, and kids (6 months to 7 years) can dance, have fun, and let loose. There’s a DJ spinning, bubbles floating over the dance floor, loads of healthy snacks, contests, interactive games, and even a chill-out space for those who are too pooped to party. And it’s all coming back to the beach on Friday, July 29.
Baby Loves Disco was founded in 2005 by two parents in Philadelphia. Since then, the dance party has spread across the world to bring parents and kids together to groove at venues from Japan to the UK.
Friday, July 29, 5pm-8pm @ Loews Hotel, 1700 Ocean Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90401. Tickets $20 or $60 for family of four. Proceeds will support local schools in need through DonorsChoose.org.
