Contact form and email

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. We use that information to read and respond to your inquiry. The message is sent through our website hosting service and delivered to a Gmail inbox. If you email us directly, your message is handled by our email and forwarding providers. Please do not send sensitive information through the form.

Website usage, cookies, and comments

Our website and its hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and page requests to operate and protect the site. WordPress may use cookies for site features and for visitors who comment or log in. If comments are available and you submit one, we receive the details you enter and technical information used for moderation and spam prevention.

The site currently loads Google Analytics and Hotjar to help us understand website usage. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process information about visits and interactions. Cloudflare Turnstile

Articles may contain content embedded from other websites, such as videos or social media posts. Those websites may collect information about your visit under their own privacy practices. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ policies.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers that help host, secure, measure, and operate the site and deliver email, including Cloudflare, our web host, Google, and Hotjar. Contact messages remain in the receiving email account until deleted; we do not have a fixed deletion schedule. Other data may be retained according to the settings and policies of the services described above.
