Deep-Fried Madness & The Age of Aquarius
It’s the last weekend to enjoy the OC Fair with all the adorable animals and, of course, Chicken Charlie’s deep-fried madness. This year he’s doing deep-fried Doritos, deep-fried chicken skin & deep-fried avocados along with the usual deep-fried frog legs! (OMGGGG a vegan’s nightmare – you can see the poor frogs’ little butts!) I told Charlie he better stay away from the baby goats and fawn!
You can also check out the 5th Dimension at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills this weekend in one of their rare LA appearances. It was a blast singing “Let the Sunshine In” and “Age of Aquarius” with them … on live TV! It was yet another experience for my bucket list. No matter how old you are, everyone seems to know and love these songs.
