Get Schooled: Caviar 101
There’s something fishy going on at Petrossian … and we like it! Due to popular demand, on the first Thursday and Friday of June, this chic and charming cafe on Robertson is bringing back Caviar 101, a tasty class designed for both novices and aficionados alike. For just $35, guests can sample three types of caviar and two roes, paired with either a glass of Champagne or a flute of vodka. Even better, chef Giselle Wellman will also serve additional small plates showcasing caviar throughout the class while manager Christopher Klapp (he’s so nice!) and his team will share tips on the best ways to enjoy and approach this sometimes misunderstood delicacy.
