Beer Belly: Craft for Crap Party
Budweiser. Coors. Pabst. Olde English. Schlitz. If you’re still clinging on to your BFF’s from freshman year (or know someone who is), it’s time for an intervention. Beer Belly’s “Craft for Crap” event is here to help. On Sunday, August 28, simply take in whatever bottle or can of crap beer to the new K-town bar, and in exchange a beertender will hand you a FREE brew from featured So Cal brewery Cismontane for just ONE PENNY! (California Alcohol Beverage Control doesn’t allow free beer to be given away, so the Beer Belly boys have decided to sell it for one cent.) They’ll be pouring Citizen steam lager, Black’s Dawn Imperial Stout and Coulter IPA all night, as well as offering a flight of four for $9 and lots of food to soak up the suds.
Feel free to bring in as much crap beer as you want, but it’s one $.01 craft brew per person.
