Universoul Circus
Sometimes referred to as “Hip Hop Under the Big Top,” the UniverSoul Circus is back in LA for the month of March. It’s a multicultural blend of performers, dance and music with bone-breaking contortionists from West Africa, pole performers from Cuba, Shaolin acrobats from China, Russian swingers (no, not those kind of swingers) among many others. There are also animals in the show (which is something I’m always suspicious about, so I usually don’t support circuses), but I’m told they really care for their animals. Let’s hope so! The show goes on at the Hollywood Horse Park in Los Angeles.
